Registration form completed

Your holiday activities and food programme place registration request will go through the following steps:

Free school meal check

The child's details provided on the form will be checked against the council's Free School Meals database to see if the child is currently receiving benefits related free school meals.

  • If the child is receiving benefits related free school meals, a programme place check will be carried out.
  • If the child is not receiving benefits related free school meals, a non-eligible letter will be sent to the email address provided on the form.

Programme place check

As the number of spaces are limited, places are allocated on a first come first served basis.  This is based on the date the registration form is submitted.

Only one programme place can be offered and a check will be carried out to make sure no other place has been allocated.

  • If a space is available, an allocation letter will be sent to the email address provided on the form.
  • If the programme is full, a letter will be emailed to explain alternative options.
  • If the child has already been offered a place on another programme, a rejection letter will be emailed.

Response time

The closing date for registration is Friday 3 December 2021 and all responses will be issued by 10 December.  However, we will endeavour to respond to requests as quickly as possible and in date received order.
