Training courses

The Disabled Children's Service offer training to parents and carers of disabled children and young people and to professionals and volunteers in Leicester who work with or are interested in working with Disabled Children and Young People.

The courses will enhance training and knowledge of issues that affect disabled children and young people and will help you understand what you can do to support children and young people within your care.

We hope to develop the knowledge, understanding, skills and confidence of the children’s workforce so that they can better support children and young people in Leicester to develop positive relationships and to access all services.
